The Family Caregiver Support program assesses and addresses the needs of family caregivers. Referrals are received by the Agencys 24 hourSeniorHelp Line for services that support care giving. Our respite services provide a short interval of rest for the caregiver.There are options for the caregiver including:

Having their loved one attend one of many Adult Day Health Care Centers for supervised recreation and supervision or
In-home respite arranged through one of our contracted home care agencies.
The Friends and Neighbors consumer directed care model allows caregivers to choose their own respite worker and are reimbursed by the agency.
Support groups are offered countywide at no cost to the caregiver
