The mission of the Greater Phoenix Urban League is to equip the disadvantaged with tools to achieve economic and social equality using relevant programs in child development college preparation job readiness housing and small business support to meet the needs of the greater Phoenix community.
Since 1945 the Greater Phoenix Urban League has worked to help individuals who confront hardships improve their quality of life. The tradition of direct and targeted educational programs home ownership assistance and job readiness training has been a hallmark of the Greater Phoenix Urban League GPUL since its founding.
