Services-Pregancy Testing-We offer self-administered urine pregnancy testing and pregnancy verifications for AHCCCS. Walk-ins are welcome for pregnancy testing.ID Requirements:Adults: Must have a valid government issued photo ID.Minors: Must have 2 of the following: birth certificate school ID and/or passport.Limited Obsterical Ultrasounds-Reachout Womens Center provides limited obstetrical ultrasounds. Our medical staff will measure the babys heartbeat gestational age and provide proof of pregnancy during these appointments. Clients will also receive a photo printed of their baby.The following requirements must be met to have an ultrasound performed atReachout Womens Center:Must be at least 7 weeks pregnant.A pregnancy test will be performed prior to the ultrasound.Cannot havea scheduled appointment with an OB/GYN.Must have a valid government issued photo ID.Minors: Must have 2 of the following: birth certificate school ID and/or passport.Please drink plenty of water before your appointment.Plan on arriving 20 minutes early to complete paperwork.Please provide accurate contact information in the event staff needs to contact you.Material Assistance-Reachout Womens Center is committed to serving our community beyond the initial stages of pregnancy.Our clients can receive material assistance for their children from birth up to 36 months of age. We also offer our clients the opportunity to earn a layette set before their child is born.ID Requirements:Adults: Government Issued Photo IDMinor Mothers: Must have 2 of the following: birth certificate school ID and/or passport.Children: Birth Certificate or Immunization Record

Reachout Womens Center is a safe and confidential place for you to vent and get assistance. The services we offer are limited but the network of organizations we refer our clients to is vast. You can get through anything life throws your way. We are the bridge that gets you up and out of those difficult times.
