Low-income seniors live in safe affordable and beautiful apartments surrounded with friends and activities at Pio Decimo Centers two senior housing complexes: Barrio Viejo Elderly Housing and Casitas on East Broadway.As HUD 202 housing programs residents must be 62 years of age and older. Rent is equal to 30 of the residents adjusted monthly income.How to participate:Ask that your name be placed on a list to receive an application. Due to high occupancy applications are normally provided once a year.
